Evening readers, I hope you are all enjoying your day, whatever it is you are up too.
Been listening to unreleased Lana Del Rey recently! Some wonderful finds.
Lana Del Rey – Noir
If you are at home like myself, or on the train checking out your favourite blogs (thank you for choosing mine!), or just on a break from work at the office…possibly in need of some light reading. Welcome and hello to you!
Also does anyone else get that feeling when you treat yourself to that perfect cuppa…sensual. I actually live for that cup of tea.
Lounging in my Boohoo.com pieces, striped navy tee and leather look joggers…
…Now I’ve stated that I work as a barista for a coffee shop. Needless to say, one of my problems is my skin…especially at work.
Like a small number of people, I have sensitive skin and it can cause me to become unhappy and causes discomfort. I blame the washing up…haha!
I wash my hands at work very often, coffee, syrups, chemicals and that sort of thing have given my hands the same texture as a desolate wasteland.
…But, it was a customer (Carol, you know who you are) who bought me this little tube of hand cream. Beforehand I had given up with cosmetics for men, because the creams I had used, left my hands rather oily/greasy. This in turns made tasks a challenge. I thought, ‘just grim and bare with having sore, rough skin on your hands Tom’.
I found out that Kingston Upon Thames has a L’Occitane store on the high street! Amazing, right on my doorstep. I was wondering for ages where I could get a replacement tube for work. I’d used up my previous tubes given by Carol and needed to find some more.
The one I’m using above is the plain version, other versions are scented which improves quality.
After speaking to the lady in the shop, I left with a replacement tube and freebies, also some discount vouchers too! It was an amazing experience and she was really helpful.
The tube was £8 and honestly, because it is such a good brand and of excellent quality, it goes far and will last you for ages. The beautiful thing about this hand cream is it leaves you hands feeling so much better. No residue or oil unlike other brands that sit on the layer of skin.
L’Occitane works instantly transferring your skin from rough to soft. Absolutely perfect for those who get dry hands easy.
Thanks for checking this out, thought it was a good brand to share. Let me know if you have used any of L’Occitane’s items? Come and follow me on my other social accounts.
